Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Principal Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

(b)

Ashok Belani, formerly Schlumberger’s Executive Vice President, Technology, has changed roles and assumed the position of Executive Vice President, Schlumberger New Energy, effective February 11, 2020. Mr. Demosthenis Pafitis succeeds Mr. Belani as the Company’s new Chief Technology Officer. Schlumberger will continue strengthening its technology leadership under Mr. Pafitis, a 29-year company veteran with an extensive technology track record including senior positions in research, engineering, manufacturing, and GeoMarket field operations management. In his previous position as Schlumberger’s Senior Vice President, Schlumberger 4.0 Platforms, Mr. Pafitis was responsible for Schlumberger’s next generation technology platform-based offerings.
