Quarterly and annual financial statements Schlumberger Holdings Corporation, a Delaware company ("SHC"), are available to holders of notes (the “Notes”) issued by SHC and Cameron International Corporation, a Delaware company.
In order to receive a copy of SHC's financial statements, holders of the Notes should reach out to the Notes Trustee at SHCFinancial@bnymellon.com . The Notes Trustee will provide the requested financials by email upon receipt of: (1) a Bloomberg screenshot demonstrating that the requestor is a beneficial owner of the Notes, and (2) an email requesting SHC financial statements for a specified time period.
